Trash Pick Up Days:
Trash (black barrel) = Wednesday
Recycle (mauve barrel) = Friday
*Cans must not be put out prior to dusk the night before and must be put in the same day as pick up. Put away means inside the garage or behind the gate. On non-pick up days cans should not be visible from the street or neighboring properties.
Mailbox Keys:
If not received from prior owner, please make arrangements with a locksmith and if needed, a meeting with postal carrier through the main Post Office on Williams.
Tennis/Spa Keys:
There are no keys to access these amenities.
Gate Remotes/ Transmitter:
All vehicles need to be registed. Please visit the guard house to register your vehicle.
Visitor Parking:
No overnight parking is permitted on any street in the community.
Assessment Due Date:
The assessment fee is due semi-annuall on January 1st and July 1st.
Assessment Late Date:
The assessment is late on the 30th of the month it is due and is subject to a late fee of 10% of amount due or $64.30.
